Child Protective Services is considering whether the parents of two boys, ages 3 and 4, are fit to keep their children after they put two puppies in a microwave earlier this week, burning the animals.
Lebanon police said a neighbour alerted police about the incident. Lt. Brent Wheat said police don't know why the boys decided to cook the animals.
